My Experience With The Paintless Dent Removal method

paintless dent removal

Car dents are never my cup of tea by any means. They lower from the value of the car, whether it be monetarily or aesthetically. Hence I was totally freaked out when I discovered the most recent dent in my car.  For one thing for sure, car dents—no matter how small, can make a car to look terrible and for another—it is not as if I have got lots of money to spare.

Car dent repair can be pricey and I wasn’t very sure that I could afford to have my car repaired, but I wouldn't want to drive around in a dented car either.  Car dents have a way of multiplying.

I was searching around for a dent repair shop and enquiring about quotes when I found Dent Masters.  Looking through the site I was delighted by two things:

1) that their dent removal approach was explained very thoroughly on their  website and

2) that they got one of their guys come over to my house and fix the dent for me.  Who doesn’t love a business that comes to you instead of having you to go to them?

Do I even need to say that I hired them?

This is the way the dent removal approach works. Dent Masters employs a technique called Paintless Dent Removal, or PDR. It is a technique by which the dents are removed without using tools that create the need for touch ups or refinishing. The guys at Dent Master use specialized instruments to work at the dent until the dent is totally removed.

Paintless dent removal used to be limited to only small dents but now it can be remove bigger dents as well as including dents that would usually require some major body work to repair. The technicians can even repair damage that are  done by hailstones.

The Dent Master technician who came to my home was pretty  friendly and talked to me the entire way through the process and when he was done with his work (which did not take nearly as long as I thought it would) my car looked like it had never been dented at all! I had feared that there might be some residual damage—a couple of small scratches in the paint from the tools for example, but there was none!

After knowing a little more about Dent Masters, I discovered that their business has been around for more than 30  years and I can’t say that I am surprised. When you see how this method works, you wouldn't thinking of taking your car into a body shop ever again. Rather, you will make Dent Masters your first call.
